On the other hand, Navarre is the community where rental prices fell the most in October (-2.8%), followed by the Region of Murcia (-1.8%), Madrid (-1.5%) and Cantabria (-1.1%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> Rent increases are widespread across the country, but are more pronounced in Catalonia and Madrid, where demand is greatest. This tension in prices is set to continue throughout 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> Over the past year, rental prices have increased by 9.7%. In addition, rental prices have been rising for 32 consecutive months.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> In terms of prices, Catalonia is the most expensive community to rent a second-hand home with a price of \u20ac12.27 per m2 per month. It is followed by Madrid (\u20ac11.53 per m2 per month) and the Basque Country (\u20ac10.91 per m2 per month).
