Rising property sales on the Costa Blanca

Data shows that the real estate business in the province of Alicante continues to grow, with figures for the first three quarters indicating that the sector is enjoying its best year since 2007. According to the National Statistics Institute, 3,166 homes were sold in the province in September, up 13.8 per cent on the same period last year. This brings the number of properties sold in just nine months to 30,610, an increase of 16.9 per cent overall. This is six per cent more than the 395,534 homes sold in the country as a whole, up 10.9 per cent on 2017.
