Deniz Estate Company presents a new residential complex Hayat Residence, the construction of which will begin in October 2015. The construction license was received on 14.07.2015!
The Hayat Residence complex will be located in a luxurious place – on the warm coast of the city of Alanya – in the Mahmutlar area: between the boundless turquoise expanse of the Mediterranean Sea and the majestic Taurus Mountains. The engineers and designers of our company have thought through everything to the smallest detail: from the choice of building materials to the approved city plan. The official completion date for construction is April 2017, but we will do everything so that the owners of the apartments can move in earlier.
The sales have already started! In the first 3 days, 2 apartments were sold and 1 was reserved! Please note that the prices at the foundation stage are valid until September 1. Compared to the cost in similar complexes, the price per 1 sq.m. is the lowest: a 1+1 apartment with an area of 68 sq.m. on the 1st floor can be purchased for 660 euros/sq.m. When concluding a contract for the purchase of an apartment, the price is fixed.
