On April 16, 2016, a free seminar "How to reliably invest money in real estate abroad" was held in Kiev, organized by the company Deniz Estate. At this seminar, Turkey, Georgia and Thailand were presented as the best countries with favorable conditions for purchasing real estate and investing.

The seminar was opened by Yuriy Grushetsky , organizer and co-host, owner of the Deniz Estate agency, who told “ Why  it is profitable to invest in real estate abroad »

The seminar featured developer partners from Turkey (managing partner and co-founder of Hayat Estate Vyacheslav Fomenko ), Georgia (representative of ORBI Group construction company Pavel Mikhnevich ) and Thailand (founder of Tropical Gems construction company and real estate agency Maksim Levchenko ), who told the seminar participants about real estate prices, the procedure for obtaining a residence permit and citizenship, and the prospects for living in these countries.

In addition, the seminar participants had the opportunity to ask a number of questions of interest regarding all the details of purchasing and living in the above-mentioned countries, namely, additional expenses, conditions for obtaining a mortgage or installment plan, the possibility of opening a bank account in a foreign bank, the cost of utilities, as well as renting out housing.
