On November 28, 2015, a free seminar "Guide to Exotic Countries Real Estate" was held in Kiev, co-organized by Deniz Estate together with its Turkish partners. Turkey, Cyprus and Thailand were presented at this seminar as the best countries with favorable conditions for purchasing real estate and investing.

The speakers at the seminar were partner developers from Turkey, Southern Cyprus and Thailand, who spent four hours telling the seminar participants about real estate prices, the procedure for obtaining a residence permit and citizenship, and the prospects for living in these countries.

In addition, the seminar participants had the opportunity to ask a number of questions of interest regarding all the details of purchasing and living in the above-mentioned countries, namely, additional expenses, conditions for obtaining a mortgage or installment plan, the possibility of opening a bank account in a foreign bank, the cost of utilities, after-sales service of apartments, as well as renting out housing.

The co-organizers of the seminar prepared pleasant surprises for its participants – certificates for a €2,000 discount on the purchase of real estate.
