- consultations on the preparation of documents required for the acquisition of real estate: obtaining a foreign national number (NIE), opening an account, concluding a preliminary agreement for the purchase of real estate and a purchase and sale agreement with a notary, etc.;
- services of an accompanying guide-consultant.
