This service can be used by anyone who wants to visit the above-mentioned countries for the purpose of choosing and subsequently purchasing real estate.

Turkey tour program for 4 days:
When purchasing real estate in Turkey, we deduct all expenses during the tour from the contract amount!
Day one
Departure from Kyiv. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by a company representative, transferred and accommodated in one of the ready-made complexes of the developer company.
Day two
A familiarization tour of the city, familiarization with the city infrastructure and adjacent tourist villages, visiting attractions. Viewing real estate properties accompanied by a Russian-speaking consultant.
Day three
Viewing of real estate and visiting the office of the developer. Consultations on the procedure for purchasing real estate and the financial terms of the transaction. If the decision to purchase real estate is positive, signing of a real estate purchase agreement – making a deposit of 1000-2000 euros, discussing the details of the transaction. Dinner at a restaurant with representatives of the developer.
Day four
Check out from the apartment, transfer to the airport. Flight to Kyiv.
Georgia tour program for 6 days: Info tour cost:
- $750 per person (accommodation in a double room);
- $900 per person (accommodation in a single room).

Day one:

Day two:

- Sightseeing tour of Tbilisi.

- Excursion to Mtskheta – the ancient city, the capital of ancient Georgia;
- Departure to Bakuriani;
- Arrival in Bakuriani. Accommodation in the hotel of the developer company;
- Gala dinner at the developer's restaurant.
Day three:
- Breakfast;
- Ascent by cable car. Skiing (in winter periods);
- Dinner;
- Departure to Borjomi, visit to the park, where you will have the opportunity to drink Borjomi water from the spring;
- Arrival in Batumi. Accommodation at the hotel.
- Free time.
Day four:
- Breakfast at Khachapurnaya (Adjarian Khachapuri);
- Meeting at the developer’s office, presentation of real estate properties, selection of apartments and viewing them;

Day five:
- Excursion to the Botanical Garden in Batumi;

Day six:
