Deniz Estate took part in the 9th exhibition of foreign real estate "Real Estate Fair 2017"
On October 27 and 28, 2017, our company took part in the 9th exhibition of foreign real estate "Real Estate Fair 2017", which was held in Kyiv in the NSC Olimpiyskiy. Companies from many countries took part in this exhibition. This time, as in the last season, we presented the company Grupo Mahersol.
Grupo Mahersol is one of the top three developers on the Costa Blanca in Spain. The company has been around for over 50 years, so the real estate catalog they offer their clients is very large. The catalog includes a lot of finished and under-construction housing. Joaquin Martinez (office director) and Olga Chkotua (CIS client manager) came from Torrevieja as representatives from the Spanish office.
The exhibition was visited by many people interested in foreign real estate, in particular real estate in Spain. We, for our part, consulted them on issues of taxes when buying real estate, showed a real estate catalog in which you can choose real estate for yourself or for rent, for transferring funds, and the cost of utility payments.
It was very nice to meet new partners, get new clients and real estate agents.
