The Deniz Estаte company has developed specially for you a familiarization tour program, which can be changed depending on your wishes and preferences.

The tour lasts from 3 to 6 days and includes: meeting you at the airport, transfer and accommodation in one of the developer's ready-made complexes or in a hotel; a familiarization and tourist trip around the city, acquaintance with the infrastructure of the city and adjacent tourist villages; viewing of real estate properties accompanied by a Russian-speaking consultant; a meeting with representatives of the developer company, where you will learn additional information about the procedure for purchasing real estate and the financial terms of the transaction, as well as dinner in a restaurant with representatives of the developer companies; departure from the apartment or hotel, transfer to the airport.

The three-day tour program costs $1,170 for two and includes:

Economy class tickets to Dubai and back for one or two adults (depending on tour selected)

Day one:

• Departure from Kyiv and arrival in Tbilisi;
• Meeting with a Russian-speaking company representative at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at the Calassi Hotel in Tbilisi;
• Excursion to the funicular and ascent to Mount Mtatsminda;
• Light dinner at the Funicular restaurant with a panoramic view of evening Tbilisi;
• Walk along Shota Rustaveli Avenue.

Day two:

• Breakfast at the hotel;
• Sightseeing tour of Tbilisi with a visit to the Anchiskhati VI temple, the Sioni Cathedral, where the cross of the enlightener of Georgia St. Nina is kept, the Metekhi temple, the baths quarter, where the foundation of Tbilisi was laid, the Narikala fortress of the 4th century. Visit to the old city, a walk along Sharden Street, inspection of the sulfur baths. Visit to the main cathedral in Tbilisi – Sameba.
• Lunch at Khinkalnaya (chain of restaurants);
• Excursion to Mtskheta – the ancient city, the capital of ancient Georgia. It is here that one of the main Christian shrines is kept – the Tunic of the Lord. And it is here that the main Christian cathedral of all Georgia has been preserved – Svetitskhoveli – "Life-giving pillar". And to fully experience the beauty of the city, which is called – the Second Jerusalem, we will climb to the monastery of Jvari (5th century), from where a beautiful panorama of the ancient capital opens up.
• Departure to Bakuriani;
• Arrival in Bakuriani. Accommodation in the hotel of the developer company;
• Gala dinner at the developer's restaurant. A traditional Georgian feast is a plentiful table with delicious Georgian dishes, homemade wine and chacha, and fiery performances by the dance and vocal group BANI.

Day three:

• Breakfast;
• Ascent by cable car. Skiing (in winter periods);
• Dinner;
• Departure to Borjomi, visit to the park, where you will have the opportunity to drink Borjomi water from the spring;
• Arrival in Batumi. Accommodation at the hotel.
• Free time.

Day four:

• Breakfast at Khachapurnaya (Adjarian Khachapuri);
• Meeting at the developer’s office, presentation of real estate properties, selection of apartments and viewing them;
• Coffee break;
• City tour. Batumi will surprise you with its wealth and modernity. Bicycle paths have been built throughout the city, many monuments and objects of modern architecture have been installed. Batumi is an amazingly beautiful city, there is now a huge development in all sectors, the city is increasingly gaining momentum in building world-class hotels, various entertainment centers, both for the average budget and for VIP tourists. The boulevard, which stretches along the entire coastline and attracts the attention of tourists, is becoming longer and more interesting every year. This is one of the longest and most beautiful boulevards in Europe.
• Dinner at Gold Fish Restaurant;

Day five:

• Excursion to the Botanical Garden. The Batumi Botanical Garden is a real eighth wonder of the world, created on the principle of the Gardens of Babylon, containing more than 50,000 species of plants, and only a tenth of them are of Caucasian origin;
• Bank (when purchasing real estate);
• Lunch at Khinkalnaya;
• Excursion to mountainous Adjara, Makhuntseti waterfall and Queen Tamara bridge. In a few hours we will go around many famous sights of Adjara – we will reach the border with Turkey, see the waterfall of St. Andrew the First-Called, the Gonio fortress, walk along the ancient arched bridges built during the time of Queen Tamara, once again enjoy the beauty of the mountain landscapes and lakes in the resort of Sarpi;
• Dinner at the Wine House

Day six:

• Check out from the hotel. Transfer to Kutaisi airport;
• Departure flight PS 0506;
• Arrival in Kyiv (Boryspil airport).
