Report on our seminar in Kyiv "Spanish Real Estate for Yourself and Investments"
On October 29, our company held a seminar and presented one of the most popular developers on the Spanish Costa Blanca coast – the company GrupoMahersol. Many people came to get acquainted and ask questions of interest directly to the experts.
Representatives from the Spanish office in Torrevieja were the office director Joaquin Martinez and the CIS client manager Olga Chkotua.
Over the course of 2 hours, we gave a brief overview of the Costa Blanca real estate market, presented our company and our properties, which are suitable for personal residence and for rent. We paid special attention to the registration process, the cost of utilities and obtaining a mortgage in Spain.
