Real Estate Investment Proposal for Cyprus (EU) Citizenship
New low-budget citizenship scheme through collective application: An investment of €2.5 million can be included in the scheme, subject to the purchase or ownership of real estate of an additional €500,000.
In case the investor purchases one property or several properties worth €2.5 million, this is considered the only investment sufficient to participate in the scheme and obtain citizenship of the Cyprus (EU) passport, provided there is a certificate of no criminal record.
Required documents:
Documents for applicants*: – Original certificate of no criminal record for each adult applicant – Resume – Birth certificate (notarized translation from English) – Marriage certificate (notarized translation from English) – International passport (notarized copy) – 2 color passport-type photos – Confirmation from the University (for a bachelor's or master's degree)
Real estate documents* (provided by the company): – Real estate contract registered with the registration chamber – Certificate from the construction company on receipt of funds

The review period is 3 months from the date of submission of the required documents.
