Madrid and Barcelona markets set to be among the most active in 2017
Experts analyzed 26 of the largest cities in Europe to determine the most attractive real estate markets for the current year . In their opinion , these cities have formed the most favorable conditions for the implementation of such transactions as the purchase of real estate for its successful resale in the coming years , the acquisition of a plot of land for the purpose of its construction or the purchase of an unfinished construction project for the purpose of its completion .
In addition to the two Spanish cities , the list included Bucharest , Sofia , Dublin , Bratislava , Lisbon and Warsaw .
