Seminar "Real Estate on the Mediterranean Sea" was held in Kyiv
On Saturday, June 6, 2015, Deniz Estate together with its partners Hayat Estate held a seminar in Kiev called “Real Estate on the Mediterranean Coast” , where participants received up-to-date information on purchasing real estate in Mediterranean countries and personally communicated with the owner of the Turkish construction company Bay Insaat during a coffee break on the spacious terrace of the hotel overlooking the Dnieper and the golf course.
In the first part of the seminar, Vyacheslav Fomenko and Vitaly Yakovlev, speakers of Hayat Estate, told about step-by-step instructions for buying real estate and obtaining a residence permit in Bulgaria and Spain. Without lying, they clearly showed that the Mediterranean is one of those successful investment areas that can offer a demanding buyer real estate for every taste and at reasonable prices for saving money or moving.
In the second part, Serkan Canbay, the owner of a construction company, spoke about life in Turkey, announced the prospects for purchasing housing in Alanya and obtaining a residence permit, presented interesting options for apartments in new complexes, and spoke about promotions and discounts developed specifically for the seminar participants.
The participants were also presented with a new project from Deniz Estate – the Hayat Garden residential complex in Mahmutlar. Participants bought more than 20 certificates with a discount on the purchase of real estate, and the main prize was raffled off – a free sightseeing tour of Alanya.
The seminar was attended by over 100 people, not counting representatives of Deniz Estate and Hayat Estate and the Turkish guest. Initially, the event was expected to last 3 hours, but since the participants actively asked questions and had a great desire to personally communicate with the Turkish developer, the seminar was extended for another hour.
