Those who are ready to pay property taxes in Spain should take into account the rise in prices. Clients who are ready to make a decision and start paying property taxes in Spain should not hesitate for too long , as in many regions of the kingdom, housing prices continue to rise . This information is published by the Spanishpropertyinsight portal, which notes that according to the results of March , the average cost of property in Spain has been growing for the 2nd month in a row. In its own analysis, the portal is based on data posted by Spanish notaries, according to which prices increased by 2.5% in March. Approximately the same figures are given by the appraisal company Tinsa. According to its judgment , the rise in prices according to the results of March was 2.7%. The company's assessment is based on its own methods and can be considered independent and fairly objective . At the same time, the Idealista portal cites the following figures : according to the results of April, the asking price for secondary real estate objects decreased by 13%, while in January this decrease was fixed at 5.6%. Some experts urge clients not to pay too much attention to official data , since they do not reflect the real state of affairs in individual regions . Nevertheless , this information can influence the state of the market , in particular, the expectations of both sellers and clients . This opinion is confirmed by information from Tinsa, according to which the increase in prices in large cities according to the results of March was 5.5%, while on the coast it reached only 1.9%. At the same time, the increase in prices in the Balearic archipelago and the Canary Islands was already a very noticeable 7%.
