"The Oscar in the world of real estate" – this is how they call the Prix d'Excellence award of the International Real Estate Federation FIABCI, which is worthy of only the best projects on the planet. And the ORBI GROUP company won this competition: the jury, consisting of 70 of the most competent experts of the international level from 40 countries, recognized the ORBI Twin Tower project as the best investment project in the world in 2016.
Over the years, the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence has won such projects as Disneyland Paris, the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao and other interesting and famous projects.
The International Real Estate Federation FIABCI was founded in Paris in 1948 by leading European and American developers and real estate experts. Over the years, the organization has grown to include development companies from more than 40 countries. The annual congress of the federation is the main event in the world of real estate.
In 1954, FIABCI acquired official consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC), and is the only real estate organization to speak at the UN rostrum.
