Housing prices are rising in major cities in Bulgaria
The active development of the real estate market in Bulgaria began in 2008. The cost of housing, the volume of sales and the construction of new complexes gradually increased, which attracted the attention of investors from different countries. Today, increased investment interest is observed in the country's major cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas and Varna. Here, housing is purchased by both residents of the country and citizens of other countries.
