Apartments Abroad - Page 8

The managers are truly knowledgeable about international real estate; I haven’t encountered such companies with an office in Kyiv before. The manager answered all my questions and, based on my preferences and requirements, selected several options in new developments in Spain. They offered me a huge selection of apartments. I had four days in Spain for property viewings and saw about 20 options — I would have taken them all if I had the money!

I started looking for an apartment on my own a year ago but couldn’t find anything suitable. I contacted the agency, attended a meeting, submitted a request, and within a few days, they offered me some good options. I believe I had a well-defined request. The team helped organize a property tour to view the options. The tour lasted four days, and they arranged a hotel stay, which they reimbursed when I placed a deposit. I ended up choosing a new development.

I bought an apartment with Yuriy about three years ago and am very satisfied with the transaction. They helped me arrange all the paperwork and obtain a residence permit. The company provides full support, from choosing the property to completing all the documents. They also organized viewings in Alanya, allowing me to see everything I was interested in calmly and without rush. Thank you!

Due to the quarantine, I couldn’t travel to see the properties I was interested in, so the manager arranged an online meeting with the developer. There are many nuances in purchasing, choosing, and post-purchase matters, but everything was resolved, and they helped me through it all. It’s hard to buy something good on your own, especially when you don’t know the market. They showed me everything online and answered all my questions. However, I ended up buying during a later trip. Thank you for the hard work; true professionals work here. I can recommend Anna.
