House prices in Spain by region

Madrid

Girona

Near the city are ancient fortifications and some of Catalonia’s most beautiful natural parks, reachable by car in just half an hour. The price of an apartment in Girona ranges from €2,800 to €3,200 per square meter and higher, while rentals are about €12 per square meter.

Barcelona
This beautiful historic city attracts tourists and foreign investors with its warm sea, unique architecture, and vibrant urban life.
