The villa was sold in 2016 for 1,350,000 USD Calculation of net income for the entire investment period Total, the investor earned in two years: 630,000 USD only from the sale of the villa + 114,000 USD + 154,000 USD from renting the villa = 898,000 USD. Which is 124.7% of the invested funds. Now the new owner continues to rent out the villa.
